Fearless Advocacy. SERIOUS Results.
Licensed in 12 states, I represent individuals and families nationwide through my work with Johnson Law Group in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, sexual abuse, nursing home negligence, product liability, and other complex litigation matters.
Serious cases demand more than paperwork and negotiations. They require preparation, strategy, and a willingness to pursue difficult cases wherever the facts and the law lead.
For decades, we have represented individuals and families facing some of the most challenging circumstances imaginable, including catastrophic injuries, sexual abuse, nursing home neglect, wrongful death, and other high-stakes litigation. We routinely stand across the courtroom from insurance companies, corporations, healthcare providers, institutions, and other well-funded defendants.
While many cases can be resolved through skilled negotiation or mediation, meaningful results are often achieved because the other side knows we are prepared to litigate and try the case when necessary.
Our approach is simple:
Thorough investigation of the facts
Strategic case development
Relentless preparation
Honest communication with clients
Willingness to take cases to trial when justice requires it
Every case is different. Every client has a unique story. But our commitment remains the same: to pursue accountability, protect our clients' interests, and seek the best possible outcome under the circumstances.
Fearless advocacy is not about being loud. It's about being prepared. Meaningful results are not built on promises—they are earned through experience, preparation, and relentless work on behalf of clients.
Meet RUSTY
Trial Lawyer. Advocate. Problem Solver.
committED to accountability.
I practice the kind of law you hope you never need.
When a serious injury, wrongful death, sexual assault, nursing home tragedy, or other catastrophic event changes a family's life forever, the stakes are often enormous. Medical bills pile up. Questions go unanswered. Insurance companies and corporations mobilize their resources. Families are left searching for answers and a path forward.
My job is to help them find one.
I am Russell W. "Rusty" Lewis, IV, a trial lawyer with Johnson Law Group, who represents individuals and families in high-stakes civil litigation throughout the United States. My practice focuses on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, sexual abuse, nursing home neglect and abuse, medical negligence, product liability, and other complex cases involving serious harm. Many of my cases come from referrals by attorneys across the country who trust me to help their clients navigate high-stakes litigation.
Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of helping clients navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. While no amount of money can undo a tragedy, the civil justice system can provide accountability, answers, and the financial resources necessary to move forward.
